When is nursing care necessary?
If a loved one has a medical condition that requires 24-hour care that cannot be provided at home, then a nursing home may be the ideal place for them. Nursing care can be the best place for individuals with complex medical conditions and with our trained nurses in place, signs and symptoms of illnesses are easily identified. Our professional staff pick up on signs that may be missed at home, our team provide the right support and treatment as soon as they identify such signs. A doctor can be called if necessary as we want to make sure that our residents have the best support when needed. The Riders nursing home offer individuals the security of nursing care professionals, whilst maintaining their own independence.
The Riders Residential home is suitable for patients or residents that only requires assistance with daily living activities, allowing our residents to independently get on with their day where support is not necessary. The residential home accommodates individuals that suffer from dementia, where support is provided depending on the individual’s needs. At The Riders we take time in answering any queries or questions in detail regarding our residential home, if you wish to talk to one us for further information you can contact us at;

Here at The Riders, we understand that moving away from home can be upsetting, that’s why seamless continuity of care is our primary aim. Our personalised care plans ensure that everyone receives the care and support that they need, and that their independence and choices are maximised. Where possible we try to map up everyone’s journey to recovery hence why we have daily progress check-ups for each patient/resident. Our dedicated, well-trained, and hard-working staff truly get to know everyone in our nursing homes, learning about what they like, dislike, and what they enjoy doing. We understand that all our residents have different interest, and we want to make sure that they have the experience and are provided with a happy home.
